At the time of the ordered items is opened, we were a little disappointed that there were 5 Unit TV glass broken that it can not be sold.

Therefore, with great regret, we stated that 5 units will be broken TV that we return, we request you send 5 units of the new TV. Along with this we enclose a purchase invoice with the items to further facilitate the settlement of the issue.
